Me? I’m happy with my Pineal gland.

1. I could be mistaken, but an anti-theist is different from an atheist, right?

2. And believing in science still has that pesky belief factor in it. Because science is built upon theories that are held to be correct unless proven otherwise, right?

3. The first amendment provides freedom of religion, not freedom from religion.

Now I’m no zealot. Hell, my beliefs fall somewhere in a whirlpool of Discordianism and Taoism (I may or may not elaborate on this in the future) and I think it’s (religion) a very personal thing. Don’t be pushy for or against it. Some people need an all-powerful God to exist simply so they won’t feel so lost and alone, without a reason to live. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

And the position that everything, including our minds can be broken down into nice little equations and whatever it is scientists are using these days, disheartens me. I am more than echoes and feedback produced by chemicals and electric sparks.

I understand the need to understand why shit happens, how to harness it and effectively make things better for humanity. Science is great for that.

And then there is always this. Take what you will, toss the rest. I LOL”d.

Conclusion: The universe would be very boring if there were no more mysteries left.
