• Red Wings shut-out Penguins for a second game. I currently do not have cable, and was thus unable to watch said game. I am quite perturbed about this.
• The world is coming to a swift, decisive end. I have body armor and a gun, though, so back off. Zombies, prepare to meet your maker.
• The NY Times calls it Burma; AP calls it Myanmar. NY Times calls it Myanmar. As far as I understand it, Myanmar is the more formal name of the two, and that the r‘s in both of them are English-language bastardizations (which is fine by me, actually). I’d just like to see some consensus on it in the news.
