LOLCode makes me happy. (via Linguistic Mystic)

It’s about as useful as Brainf*ck or any of the other esoteric languages, but that’s not really the point. In fact, it’s more of a puzzle, but the real fun is writing the interpreter in your language of choice. Especially because the LOLCode is suspiciously similar to sh, although lacking the usefulness.

I have a mostly-functional multi-threaded bf interpreter sitting on my laptop that I never really finished (using pthreads). There’s also a version that operates off of a nested Duff’s device and includes subroutines/branches. Useless, but fun.
