That’s just ridiculous

hahahahaha

I somehow doubt that CBS censored any mention of god. If they did, that might be a reasonable (although trite) complaint.

The real hilarity, to me, is that this lady has suddenly come to the realization that people without god might actually control aspects of her life. Yes, we are out there and yes, we have jobs. Some of which put your life in our hands. Sorry that’s such a shock, but don’t mask it by blaming CBS. Just cry yourself to sleep knowing that somebody who you trust to keep you safe doesn’t believe there are moral ramifications in the afterlife. In fact, think about it while you’re on the highway to work tomorrow. They probably cut you off in traffic and caused you to tap your brakes. Imagine that.

And their concept of death is sweet release into nothing. No judgment and no heaven or hell.

And even worse: they do upstanding and morally sound actions. They can be heroes. And that worries you, because they’re not doing it out of fear of punishment or to seek reward after death. They do it because it’s intrinsically right. They don’t need a god to keep them in line.

Of course, the flight crew might believe and just didn’t think to mention it. Either or.
