Judge Alex Kozinski: The Fourth Amendment is Gone. "Welcome to the fish bowl." This might be one of the more frightening developments in judicial precedent that I’ve ever read about. Slight infractions on the 1st and 2nd amendments are certainly worthy of outrage, but to wholly dismiss the 4th? Egads.
